Ulverston Road I
A complete refurbishment and extension of a family home in the outskirts of London’s Upper Walthamstow. The design marries and respects the traditional Edwardian architectural features and proportions whilst adding raw and paired back Scandinavian influences such as the exposed structural timbers, muted wooden tones and furniture selection. The upper L-shaped dormer is clad in a light zinc with a panoramic corner glass window to take advantage of the aspect across to central London and Epping Forest. Carefully designed and crafted joinery within the study and kitchen were pivotal in making this home truly unique.
