Silvester Road
Smith & Newton Architects were commissioned to implement the planning approval of the conversion of a postal sorting office into multiple apartments. The principle masonry façade was retained with new limited apertures to retain the historic presence on the street scene. The apartments gently extend back from the façade in a terracing effect with a more modern and contrasting architectural aesthetic.
