CAT B fitout of a recently upgraded shell within High Holborn House. It is a collection of high quality, funky, factory-inspired spaces in Holborn that redefine the corporate world of executive recruitment, but with a series of twists in their makeup to give them a palpable standout quality. The differences run from top to bottom, from limed oak floors laid in chunky chevrons to futuristic tubular sabres of LED lighting suspended from above, alongside hexagonal mottled green tones carpet tiles. Exposed air-conditioning ducts, exposed concrete ceilings galvanised perimeter trunking all add to the new space.
